During the 1840s implement manufacturers began building portable horse-powered sweeps. Portable sweeps gave the farmer greater flexibility
at threshing time.


Ag Heritage Park has a 12 horse power unit on display, located in the
south museum building.
This is only one of many unique implement displays at Ag Heritage Park.
